4wding Weekend New Time

We are running a trip to Gordon Country a 4wd and camping park just past Cunningham's Gap on the 31st August to 1st September
The park is Subaru friendly with plenty of tracks to test your Subie out on or just sit around the camp site and relax.
Meet at
7:15am Mc Donalds Yamanto for a departure of
7:30am or meet at the park

It's my Sister's 18th birthday that weekend or I would be up for that trip for sure! We went up there last year in November and had a great time! Some pretty awesome to tracks

We were there the weekend of those bad storms in Brisbane and actually watched them form over the top of us. We took a Hilux up there with normal road tires and kept having trouble with traction because the treds kept filling with mud - a lot of sideways action! It wasggreat! I will have to post some pics

rebuilding my Brumby so i can start attending meets. poor old EA81 is a bit embarrassing at the moment

I was thinking that I could maybe drop by for a quick hello in the morning before you all head off. We live very close to Yamanto - I will see how we go for time as we have quite a few things on, on Saturday...

It's looking like I am probably not going to be able to make it tomorrow to see you guys off. I will still try to make it but I think more than likely I won't be able to

I hope you all have a great time if I don't get to see you in the morning!

I've been keen to check out gordon country for a while but doing it on fathers day was never going to happen for me, how was the trip yarney, looking forward to some pics if you have any (Which i know you do)
