Got them at $21 each. But pretty sure you can get them cheaper if you have an account or know someone:)

Those are not the lights from the quad brumby, They are the specific JDM light made for the L series. It just bolted on as all the holes are already there.

i bet the light they throw is worse than REAL l-series headlights.

quads are for MYs.

just my personal thoughts tho.

US lights are highly illegal over here, they point in the wrong direction so be aware of Mr Plod at night when you blind him on low beam.

Hummmm, the globes and headlight were bought in AUS:) I'll compare with the brumby if they light up the same direction when i wire them up:)

This may be true for late model vehicles but I'm sure with this headlight setup a couple of screws can be tweaked and you're all good.

Maybe someone's just a little jealous! i don't think Mr Plod will give two hoots about these lights - the roof ones would probably catch is attention first!

Cheers

He was being deadly serious - LHD cars have the headlights focused to the right away from oncoming drivers. So if these are for a LHD car then yes the lens will focus the light into oncoming drivers eyes.

In Europe, if you go over from the UK you have put black tape over part of your headlight to stop this happening.

But if they are from a JDM then you will be OK since they are RHD.

Head lights are from OZ, Brezells i think they are called 'brackets' that hold the headlights are from the Us. But they are fully adjustable like on the quad brumby via screws. So i'll get that pointing towards the right direction:)

Clutch industries - same mob I got mine from, but it wasn't that colour on the pressure plate; did you go with a HD clutch? Mine seems to feel better, I think I just needed to get used to it again except I still need to adjust the pivot ball out :???: Make sure you do this bit correctly Guyph to get the best adjustment possible.

And the Headlight saga. I think this is dead now - we've noted that Guyph can adjust the direction of the beam to what a RHD car requires and he's using Australian sources lenses etc. So I'm not seeing what the big deal is. I will put it out there that I like the look of them too.

I'm keen to see the rest of this lift now Guyph, get cracking!!

Cheers

didn't do much 2day as i had a few assignments to finish for uni.., minor things like adding coolant, P/S fluid and finalizing the interior. Here is what it will look like. Only thing to do is get Dave to hook up all the wiring:)

Tomorrow i'll be installing a clutch, T-Belt, Wpump, seals etc on a Little 3cyl Swift:p

then Monday i'll hopefully get the rear part of the lift-kit from the powder coater. Hopefully i can install it and them send the car to the exhaust shop during the week. And hopefully Dave can work him magic next weekend and finally get this engine started:D
