My Touring Wagon EJ25 build, Part 2
Hey Guyph, I never realized at the time, I think your EJ25 was the later model with AVCS - no wonder it packed so much more of a punch than the EJ22. I've driven a few motors with avcs now and does seem to make a pretty noticeable difference!

Yep.. his engine was from a 99-00 Lancaster which is DOHC with AVCS on the inlet side. Also has a lot more efficient intake manifold. Shame someone else is getting good use out of it

Yeah good power for a N/A engine Ohhh well. And yes Owen is enjoying the car. I still see it once about a week when i drive past the workshop he works at.. He is taking good care of it:)
