Been there and done that, by far the crappiest car for me was a Disco.... What a pile of crap...

But on another note, nothing wrong with an 80 mate, and its nice to have something to drive around in whilst u build another subaru...

Lets get some 6" coils in there though and some 35's...much betterer....

33s will look pissy with a 3inch

u may want to stick with 2 inch aswell. depending on suspension or body lifting

alex
and he will be stuck sweating also because there will be only subaru's around which cant pull out fat cxxx vehicles on account of them being too heavy.
i will give dave a beer if any of us locals get stuck (needing snatch) before he does next.

Body lifting an 80 is way to involved. 33's and 3 inch coil lift will be fine, but you're opening a can there. Anything over two is when extended brake lines and panhards come into it
There is only one thing you must do in your life. Everything else is a choice.

picked up my landcruiser today,,,,love it,....no regrets.
Dave you beat us by 24 hours. Glade you like the new ride i should see it tomorrow (with any luck). I was going to start a new thread for my ride however think that i have decided against it as this forum would probally not really care. (Still got the wagon and RX project at this stage though).
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).
