WA Adventure Activity Standards

it takes alot to digest and understand and read through, but it is important.

read through the 4wding Draft of the new AAS Rules/regulations and also what has been posted on perth 4x4.

you cannot claim neglicence if you get sued down the track for not knowing any of this when it comes in.

(Yes its confusing to try and understand it)

Then how about at the very least you read the Perth4x4 in an attempt to gain some insight and not replicate the same (empty) arguments on here... oh and you might find out that it MAY affect you/us.
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

baiscally these rules and guidlines they are thinking of bringing in affect all recreational vehicles, ie: offroading vehicles: ie: US....

it is a lot to read...and diferent ppl interperet it differently, but at the end of the day its quite possible that it will effect us while its also possible it wont effect us....still important none the less
