Airride shocks the same as shocks with springs?

Post by Kralle » Wed Jan 06, 2010 4:59 am

Hello,
all 4 shocks of my l-series wagon are damaged, but i cant find any shocks for the subies with air ride system, could it be that the shocks are the same as the one from normal suspensions?

The shock part themselves is different. You can however change the air system for the coil spring strut system. The ride height and fitment is the same.

Air ride suspension may be nice but your better off getting standard struts and coils to fit.
