No oil pressure in brumby

If, i park it down hill over night oil pressure is just about instant, if i park up hill it takes about 10 seconds to get pressure. and getting a slight knock, have repalced oil pump. using 20w 50w oil, any ideas.

Are you using an oil filter with an anti-drainback valve?
