Cheers Hylton.. the donor car (damaged writeoff) was sitting around at the back of the shop for at least 3 years (maybe longer) and I always had it in my mind that the engine was broken but it turned out to be just a busted waterpump. Spend a few bucks on a new water, timing belt kit and some s/hand timing covers and bingo.. a new engine :D
