Yep.. pure unadulterated porn at it's best.. one day I must get my old girl out and get her finished off. I had her painted by a so called friend who ended up selling the front and rear bumpers to support his drug habit :(

555 was the cigarette company that sponsored Subaru Rally at the time the 555 logo was used

http://www.rallye-info.com/carmake_profile.asp?make=9 about half way down the page

as far as smokes go they were not too bad

Yep.. 555 was one of Subaru's sponsors along with others like Prodrive, Bilsten, etc

RSR 555 is the number plate on my RS Liberty :)

RSR has 2 meanings for me.. 1 is my business.. RSR Performance and the other is from the Japan racing which I got involved in many years ago (whilst in Japan) so when I return home I called my business "Rayners Subaru Repairs" After a few years I added RSR Performance and use this BN to promote the Murtayas

I have been working on a white RS wagon on and off for a bit over a year for my mate. Looks same as the one in these pics but I am colour coding the skirts as well. It has just passed pits so will be hitting the streets shortly.

Paul, your RS a sedan or wagon? I keep hearing the conflicting stories of the number of wagons released...

My RS (I'll try and find some pics) is a Dark Gun Metal grey coloured Sedan :) I had a White Wagon but it was a Series 1 which I converted myself back in the early 90s because I loved the rally model more than the Aussie shaped ones. I believe that there was only 200 wagons released due to so much request when they released the sedans.

White wagon with colour coded skirts will look very tasteful.

As for the number of AUD RS Wagons, is somewhere between 170-200 units. Has been a topic of hot debate over on RSLC forum over the years.

Not sure even Subaru themselves can answer the Q - has been 17-odd years now since they hit our shores.

Its my car that gx-rex and I have been working on for 12 mths or so. Just needs side skirts painted to be finished. Picked up the plates for it today and can't stop driving it. It's fairly stock except a TD05, 3" TBE and a boost controller.
Wagons are the ultimate sleeper.

Also do you have a higher quality scan of that story. Wouldn't mind keeping it. Cheers.

some maps claim this in their text size.

I can just read the text in this article but trying so damn hard cannot make sense of the words once I have identified them. Need more RAM in my head?

Mozilla does not seem to have a function to increase picture size to make it legible, I can increase text with CTRL ++ but pic stays same. Would like to read article and comprehend it at same time. I recall correctly that these knocked the Ph III HOeys off the fastest production four door sedan in the world?

Or is it because it is 2.30 am AEDST ?
