i had this problem not to long a go, is this the black fuse link, if so you can go to your wreckers and find a subaru that has it, i've only found 2 that are in good condition.

88kw of fun waiting to happen
Just chucked a black one out with a few L Series FL cases. It had already had a rather hefty solder repair job (about 3.5mm square) wrapped in cloth "100 mile an hour tape" - for good measure i suppose.
Very clever of you to even think of the FL. Caused me no end of trouble twice now with 23 year old Subes
