Yep.. in the fuel tank.. access behind back seat on drivers side under the oval shaped cover plate. Be careful pulling it out as it has the fuel sender unit attached also.
You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.

The fuel pump is powered by the fuel pump relay, which is located right beside the main ignition relay and has a green 4 pin plug.
The fuse for the fuel pump is rather large and supplies the entire fuel injection system, so I doubt it would be that. Is it possible that when you were playing with the main ignition relay a little while ago that something has come loose?
Does the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds when the ignition is first turned to on?
When you turn the ignition on, does the check engine light come on?
When you connect the 2 green 'check engine' plugs together, do the radiator fans cycle on and off?
The fuel pump relay plug has 4 wires, one fat one is constant supply from the fuse in the engine bay fuse box and will be the same colour as 2 of the fat wires at your main ignition relay. The other fat wire goes to the fuel pump. One of the thin wires is supplied by ignition power from the drivers side footwell fuse number 16. The other thin wire is grounded by the ECU.

Check the usual stuff like fuses and relay but don't forget immobilizers
