What Diff is this?

Post by pimp2plz » Wed Jul 04, 2012 6:53 pm

Any one have any idea what diff this is? The specs of the thing would be nice to know as well.

It's off a MY07 2.0R Liberty I think.

I'm sure I posted in this thread once... Me thinks the internet is on something today.

Is / was the car a manual or an auto? from the look of it I would say a standard R180 diff, as for the ratio no Idea.

07 2.0R Liberty? Not likely to be an R180

VA1 type, notice the side adjusters. Being 2.0L id guess its a 4.111:1 ratio and non LSD

Why do you want to know what diff you have?
Current rides: 2016 Mitsubishi Triton GLS & 2004 Forester X
Ongoing Project/Toy: 1987 RX Turbo EA82T, Speeduino ECU, Coil-pack ignition, 440cc Injectors, KONI adjustale front struts, Hybrid L Series/ Liberty AWD 5sp
Past rides: 92 L series turbo converted wagon, 83 Leone GL Sedan, 2004 Liberty GT Sedan & 2001 Outback

Thanks. It's from a auto I think.

Not mine, someone was trying to tell me it was a R160. Never seen a R160 like that before.
