Gf5 Clean Up.

We needed another Subaru to replace the red Gen1 Liberty. We were lucky , with the friends we have, and now there is a new subaru in the family.

Now to make it ours. A tidy up and turn the color to what the family wonts. Here goes.

Hey Toonga, the plans are to make it all show , and no go.

Dress her up , but keep it still good on fuel with the 1800. One main reason for this is, we have two good spare engines.

Hey Mate,

Well it is going to be blue , but , the rest you will find out at the end of the week.

Last coats of undercoat went on today. If all goes to plan, sanding back all tomorrow ready to lay the color down towards the end of the week.

It looks that way but don't think it's just a US colour scheme. I've seen the 2 tone 'Outback look' on the GF Impreza before. Was a red and gold one just down the road from the workshop for many years.
