1985 l series

Okay, so I picked up this car today for a couple hundred bucks. Thinking of fixing it up enough to use around my dad's property.

But first, some questions. This l seems to have adjustable suspension. Two bolts under each spring base plate to raise and lower at the front, but not sure how the back works? Can anyone fill me in?

Also, it's a manual with a button in the middle of the gear knob to electronically engage 4wd. But no low range hey?

Any other info on these cars would be great!

Also, can you transplant this adjustable suspension into a newer L series (93)? Would I get any more high gain over my current set up with factory spec pedders springs?
