Sorry Bennie, just noticed this post. Yes these wheels but I only like them because they are 14" 4x140 rims :)

thanks for posting the pic of the WAIC radiator.
Do you happen to have a pic with the bumper, etc back on?
You've got it mounted quite low. I'm going to be running an "on road" spec car only with the factory lower body kit available on the 3 door. It covers (replaces) the metal piece that goes across under the rad support & sticks out, so I'm relucatant to go cutting into that.
Am looking at replacing the bar that connects the bonnet catch to the lower support for extra clearance though.

Am really interested in what machining was needed to make the single range AWD extension housing into a dual range.
I've got a part time 4wd box with the good low range, and a vortex full time 4wd box.
I'm running a spider manifod EA82T engine, so don't need to go to as much effort as you did.
I'd like to combine them, cos I'm also running an RX turbo interior, and you can't get a centre console in black without the 2nd lever hole...

No worries. I don't have any pics of the front back on as I run a bumper replacement front bulbar. There is plenty of room and there was no cutting into the stone guard tray under the bumper. There is a place called PWR that makes aftermarket kits and they have radiators of all different sizes and shapes.

yeah, true. I've got the factory Lib RS IC radiator, but was thinking to get something shorter & wider.

Hey Paul just wondering how this car has worked out for everyday driving and also offroading? Has it turned out to meet your expectations? Does the centre diff lock make a noticeable difference?

I'd try to fit what you have, this is what I had available but looking back and if I had spare cash, I would have gone with the PWR ones.

To tell you the truth Andrew, I haven't even driven the car on the road yet. When I moved from Kelmscott to Rockingham, some of my mail went back to the old place (yes we paid to have a redirection to a P.O.Box) and during this time the rego was due on a few of my cars. I paid a few but the grey fell through the cracks and because I'd already started the conversion, I have to wait till I have the time/money to get the engineer to go over it. I still want to change the brakes over to 5 stud beforehand. I've spent most of my time getting this new workshop all set up. I will work on it again once things settle down.

ah that's a bugger, happened to me too.
Out of interest, what is your method for changing to 5stud? I know you helped Guyph do the same thing I did (well similar) to the front end by making custom lift blocks to double as an adaptor to use the EJ front lower arms, and the EJ engine crossmember etc.
What about the rear?
For mine I used a Cr0ssbread (why the hell is that name censored?) kit with their custom hubs.

I'm planning to do the same again as I rebuild Monsterwagon into a new body over the next couple of months, but this time sticking to just 2/3" body lift.

I'm in the middle of making something similar to the xbread kit for the rear but keeping it in 'wheel track' as the front. As you have said, uses the EJ engine crossmember and EJ lower control arms. Guyph's car is the test mule and once it's completed, then I'll be letting people know. I haven't told anyone about it, as it's not perfected and don't want to offer it out until we have everything ready. My blocks only suit an L.Series with a 2" or larger lift kit, where the xbread kit is designed for MY and L kits with or without lift.

On road driving it certainly does, especially in the wet when compared to the PT4wd gearbox.

Off road it's just like the PT4wd gearbox as it's a locked centre.

The difference I think I have, and the biggest advantage with my gearbox is that I've now got 4.111:1 diffs front and rear - it's awesome offroad!

Paul, just quietly, I'm glad my gearbox is in and "just" beat yours - I was worried there that you would kick me in getting it sorted before I did... :D
