wheel balance or tyres are first cheapest to check or replace.

go do that done and come back

if shaking at about 100 kph wheel balance as this is the speed centrifugal (big word) force comes in if you go faster it can go away then yep balance and as Steptoe says tyres can be out of round after that the repairs get more expensive

You probably won't find any new 14" wheels in the right stud pattern, try wreckers yards and places like U-pull it (or the Victorian equivalent) I lucked out one day and found an old lifted MY bush basher with 4 14" wheels still on it, went back to the same yard a couple weeks later and found an L series with 2 more. Sometimes you can be lucky.
Will it ever end!?
-EA81 TWIN CARB!!!!
-L series 5 speed
-Custom paint job
-2" lift
-Full custom re-wire
-L series front end

I will be moving on my Pug 504 wheels in a few months, but if you're looking for something sooner go to pugwreck in Bayswater. Budget on $40-45 a rim, plus rubber.
1989 Brumby - Shiny new red paint, stroked EJ20 phase 2 SOHC with Darton sleeves bored to EJ22, Wiseco high-compression pistons, Delta 2000 grind cams , EJ/XT6 5 stud with WRX 4/2 pots, 5-speed, 86 GTS seats and so much more.
Contact me for reproduction XT6 hubs...and EA82 rear discs.

camping car as il tow it so i dont have to worry

about it being road worthy. so i dont cear what i put
under it as long as it fits lol. all so wana try and make

You'll find that your vehicle needs to be registered to use it offroad in Vic - it's still deemed public road in the State parks/State Forests/National Parks etc. Unless it's private land you need registration and the driver needs to be licenced ;)

Stock 13 inch rims you can still get the stock size rubber in a Toyo iWinter tread - it's a mud + snow tyre, very soft rubber. I recommend NOT running them in summer otherwise you will literally watch the tyres wear down between drives!

As for larger rubber on a larger rim, 27s on a 14 inch rim are still available and will fit with a two or a three inch lift with minor guard cutting to the front guards.

Cheers
