brakes going to the floor
Has anyone come across this issue? I have brakes when the brumby is off but when I start it the pedal goes to the floor. Is it a split line or vacuum leak in the booster?

In normal operation when the engine is off the brake pedal will be firm. when the engine starts the pedal will drop a little and then be firm, this is the booster working.
If the pedal continues to drop, the system has a leak which is making the booster force the fluid through the leaks.
The booster won't be the problem the seals in the master cylinder or even the seals in the drum cylinders will be the problem.
Are the rear drums ok? before I went to discs on my brumby, the rear slaves were a real problem.
like this

and that was the good side.
Check your rear drums and front discs as well if there is no signs of leaks at the master cylinder.

I have 2 new drum cylinders in the shed. Tried removing the brake lines but they are pretty tight and feel like im going to round them off. I have a full rear disk set up sitting here too but i was waiting to do the rear bearings before I totally pull it apart to put them on. I'm going to have another crack to see if i can get it working if not ill have to find some hose fittings to attach new brake lines for the disk setup
