Cheers Bennie... I'm very pleased with the car as it is. Since purchase back in August I have had the rear main seal replaced, a few other minor items attended to and a set of new tyres thrown on. It is in quite good shape I reckon and the goal is to just maintain it in the best mechanical order that I can without being too precious about it in cosmetic terms.

I fashioned a cheap setup for the awning rig and may likely look to a similar 'cheapie type' solution for a roof basket or tray.
