The conversion has started
88 EA82T vortex motor into 92 DL Wagon.
We started today, we took out all the old wiring, replaced it with the new (from a mpfi GL touring wagon) replaced fuel tank, fuel lines removed old engine and started to remove the crossmember.
The nuts on the bottom side of the crossmember have burred and we cant remove them. Any hints?
The only issue with the wiring so far is that the clock had a different plug, everything else matches up at this stage. 'touch wood'
Pics soon

Single hex socket is the one with only 6 flats, as compared to 12 on a normal socket? Good thinking
Will that still work even though i have burred the nuts?
Thanks for the tips
