EJ22 head work

Going to get my EJ22 heads reco'd and want to know if there are VRS Kits better than others. I'm thinking of replacing or getting the cams reground. where can I get Valves and Cams from?

It there a make of head gasket that stands out from the others, and what would I gain from using a better quality gasket?
