Generic carby kits are packaged for nearly all makes of carbs these days. These are available via any motor accessory store.

The Hitachi carbs have a printed model number on them, I think its on the side of the fuel bowl, and you need this to refer to the correct kit.

Dont bother with a genuine Hitachi or Subaru stocked kit, you will be sorely left with a dent in your wallet, and the other kits are adequate for a general rebuild. Most of the kits are generic and some supplied parts will not suit your exact model. A new needle and seat, accelerator plunger and gasket set are what counts, and or the odd o-ring. Note the Hitachi carbs a fiddly so take care in pulling apart and reassemble carefully - good luck!
