yep been u there a few times this year. on anzac day weekend it was pretty dry and easy. then went a couple of weeks later and it was pouring down. could still do it just not as easy as in the dry. iv got a vid of my suby getting up a hill they had to snatch a 100 series cruiser up. but for some reason i can't up load it. and my winch will be on by that weekend so i can pull people up stuff thay can't get up.have fun on your trip

Hmmm... sounds like some serious fun that i'm going to miss out on... Plus I'd like to make my subi a little more off-road action friendly, hopefully this time next year ;)

Hope you do a trip report about it. I too would like to know where Noojee is.

Cheers

noojee is near nerim. its 900 k's away from ferntree gully. depends witch way you head you can go to yarra juction then turn of and go through powell town. or if you head towards warragul but turn of at drouin go through nerrim. its close to mount baw baw. i don't have a melways but i have a crap ubd and the map refreance in that is 809 d2. and the winch i have is only a baby its a 3000 pounder it has a normal plug to run it and a remote one so you can stand about 50 mtrs away and use it. to mount it i'm gettin a bull bar and giving that and the winch to my mate who is a boiler maker so he can work some magic on it to make it stronger he already has it worked out in his head how he is going to mount it on the car
