Outback struts fo 2000 Forester...???

Post by SKT » Wed Jul 02, 2008 9:58 pm

I'm trying to get around the not being able to get more rubber under the rear spring seats and have come across tidbits of info along the lines of putting OB struts on the rear.

Can anyone confirm this can be done....???

My concerns are a possible reduction in travel. If this is the case, would anyone have any specs on the travel of OB struts and how this would differ from my current setup.

I have replaced the rear original self levelers with some KYBs a little while ago.

Thx for any info

Not outback struts but a modification of forester ones.
