bring on the vultures, part out leone time?

Post by BrennyV » Wed Sep 03, 2008 11:00 am

Well since there has been a large amount of interest on the Leone but no sale, the worst case scenario has come (im feeling the same pain Chris had with his wagon now)
I might have to part her out :(

Some of the parts include

- EJ22E (from gen1s2 260000k's? not 100%)
- EJ22 Harness + ECU (cut down to suit L)
- EJ > EA gearbox alloy adapter plate
- Custom Built Dual Core Rad (to suit L with EJ outlets, cost me $575 new!)
- 5MT EA82 FTAWD Gearbox with vacuum center diff lock (has console switch and solenoids as well as genuine rx dash with diff lock cluster)
- LEONE SEDAN (white in good nick, great plush interiour)
- 4" HI RISE SUBARU LIFT KIT
- L Series Replacment Style Bullbar
- New Front KYB Struts
- Full Set of King Springs (front and rear)
- EJ Sports Exhaust System (will suit l series sedan or wagon)

heaps more new bits and bobs on the car, just want to see if its worth parting out

cheers
Brendan

You can have 1st dibs if its not taken local. I would like to gather interest and gauge if its worth stripping and parting or just letting the w.a boys pick it apart.

Not unless you modify the Brumby strut towers - MY's only have 2 bolt holes at the top as opposed to L series/Liberty/WRX with the same group of three holes between them.
I don't think this is too large a modification tho, fairly common with all these people building wild street Brumby's. I think the bottom of the strut fits into MY hubs okay.

could've sworn my old l series had the 2 hole hats, was an 85 model tho... Would it be possible to put the MY hats on the later strut?

I might be interested in the exhaust and King springs, dependent on price, and probably a few other little bits if you decide to wreck it.
