I am guessing its automatic at the moment -

You have these options below -
Convert to Dual Range AWD or Single Range AWD.
You'll need:

Correct ratio rear diff.
Peddles for clutch & brake.
Manual trans centre console
if you're gonna get cable clutch then thats easy you won't need hydraulic clutch master unit, if you do if the gearbox has it then thats more work for you.
If you're getting dual range you will need the lever.
clutch kit (pressure plate, bearings and disc)
manual transmission flywheel
manual transmission cross member
I think you'll also need tailshaft as well.

Cheapest way is to get a donor car!
Cheers

If you do go ahead,... do you wanna sell your auto box cheap?

Best bet is just to sell the car and buy a manual, unless your set on that particular car. I think you also have to take it over the pits after you've done it(wa definately) plus resale prob wont be as good as an original manual.

Since he is in Victoria, you won't need to go on the pits or something, just let vic roads know that it has changed the stats... since its an RX Lib, its a 2.5 litre engine and it would be hard to find another RX that is manual.

I would do the same thing if I had an RX Liberty and i would have fitted in an modified dual range transmission (I almost bought an RX few years back but body was stuffed)
