Couldn't help myself

Post by Wilbur » Fri Sep 12, 2008 9:31 am

So this was traded at my work. Wasn't really interested in it, but took it home for a night because I thought I could get a sale from either the family or a friend. Ended up being a real good price on what seems to be an honest vehicle, so I bought it myself !!
It's a 1997 build wrx (but with the good interior), turbo back exhaust, pwr front mount cooler, apexi avc-r (that needs replumbing) and I think it has a short shifter and it may be a little lower than standard. I'm no expert on these things. Anyway, here are some pics

Spose it does if an admin changes it. I too like the 'classic' wrx

It was a dress up. Used to be some kind of show car down south. Had all sorts of garbage on it before it came to sunny qld with the previous owner, whom a few on here know from past experiances.

Roflmao. Thanks fellas. Dane, with the $$ I paid and current market prices, I'd be infront if I sold it. Already had offers, but they weren't what I'm after yet :)

Nice work Wilbur, a daily driver so you can park up the 'lux and start the V8 conversion.
I can read your mind. Next thing you'll want a chopper.
