MY Build Thread!

Post by Suby Roo » Tue Sep 23, 2008 11:39 am

So i got myself a stocko MY wagoon on the weekend (thanks Ben). Its not too bad really, only a little bit of Rust and a fair bit of moss growing on the inside and outside!

The Car:

Drove it onto the trailer fairly easily and took it back to Bens. Did some work on the motor to try and get it running a bit smoother. Noticed that the Radiator end tank had cracked. Not a problem.
Got some new plugs to try and get it running smoother, Not going to happen. So i drove it the 10 kays to home thinking that if i fill the radiator up a few times on the way it will be fine. I just made it, although it was running rough and used the water before the end of the street!

Decided that it will need head gaskets and while its out ill give it a rebuild.

Plans for the car is maybe a l series 5 speed a bit later on, 2 or 3 inch lift, 14's with some decent tires.
