Loss of power to radio and Tacho

Post by nessbess100 » Fri Feb 06, 2009 3:52 pm

Hey everyone. I have a 96 liberty wagon, it happened a couple of weeks ago and then again today... My tacho went right down to zero just for a second and then bounced back to where it was, also all power goes from the radio or cd. I don't lose any power in the car though. Do I just have a loose wire? or is there something else?

Thanks for any ideas :)

I don't know about the tacho, but my L series sometimes doesn't give power to the electrical items on the accessories wiring - the ignition switch is dodgy. For me a little wiggle sorts it out.
For your lib I don't know if this will be the same cause of your problem but it might be something to look into.

Cheers
