Another video (WA subaru Crew Bloopers)

Post by SuBaRiNo » Sun Oct 16, 2005 5:55 pm

I have just finished another video clip of things that have gone wrong on the various trips we have had. This is a must see for anyone in the WA group and also rather entertaining for any other subi fan.

Warning some footage may upset some viewers.

It's the bottom video.

Enjoy
Dave

seriously dave .. were you fixing your car or making movies this week. Nice work. But i just want to make something clear. That bit of rubber that i picked up in the mud was NOT from my car so it doesnt count.

Fantastic footage. You guys really put your cars through some gruelling trials. I know Subys are very strong vehicles and trust mine when i go bush; but I just have to watch your videos every so often to remind myself how strong they really are. You really have an urge to put them in deep water ...at pace.....where did this come from ?? What was the verdict on the last vehicle that had the roll over???/and the red wagon that lcrunched into the next "pot hole"; what damage did it sustain?? And mud......we are having a drought over here !!!

I can't take all the credit for this video... Jaffa helped out with some ideas and it was his choice in music.

The roll over sedan only got minor dents and loss of fluids.

The red wagon got a bent radius rod and bent lower control arm.

You boys really play hard don't you, snapping stub axles is a serious achievement in my book.

One of these days I'm going to have a dedicated offroad suby of my own to abuse, I can't wait :) Don't know if it's going to compare to the sort of abuse you guys give your suby's though.

I wouldn't call it a serious achievment, its a serious pain in the neck! Although first time around it was cool... the pic of the sheared diff stub was that time. However I did it right at the start of a 4wd outing, so I was 3WD for the rest of the day.

Selling the DVD interstate would depend on the outcome of the DVD.... im not going to sell something that i personally wouldn;t buy myself. Although i can't see how it can turn out crap.
