Kilcarnup next week

Hi All..

Gotta take the kids away for holidays.. so I thought we'll hire a camper trailer for the week and head down to Kilcarnup to try and see if there's any Salmon.

Has anyone heard, any of the latest fishing reports on how the fishing is at the moment down south?

if i saw this thread earlier i woulda told you theres a fair few salmon down there at the moment......like this one!

We didn't do so well in the fishing dept... 6 good size Skippy and a bunch of Herring plus my friend caught the biggest King George Whiting I've ever seen. I got a pic but the camera wasn't on auto focus and I didn't check it until I downloaded it after we got home, DOH!

Swell was up and didn't move to far from the camp site. We did have fun on the beach and some friends from Broome were down in Busso so they come for a visit and drinks on the beach.

Would like to organize a Salmon trip with the AUSubaru fishermen, if anyones keen?
