You can buy them from SubiWanKenobi on this forum (the official BYB ones). They are good but not cheap.
Vidler might be interested in making some strut tops, he is in WA and an expert welder. Not in the business of making lift kits but I know he's done it in the past. Worth a PM to him anyway. Not sure what kind of coin he'd be after.
Either way if you want it to be good you gotta be prepaired to pay something. Otherwise u could make some out of wood or something....but you want it to be good too

I honestly recommend you to go for ready made kits incase you run into problems down the track, they know what they're doing and do not muck around with you.
If you're making your own or get unknown/not heard of or not experienced enough then you're wasting time.
