Post by AndrewT » Wed Nov 04, 2009 12:23 am

Guys got all this stuff forsale, need it gone, come get it. Some of its in the classified section.

- Ally bullbar, propper bumper replacement, Irvine brand
- Most of a 3" L series lift kit (needs a few bolts and some minor blocks missing - has all the stuff that's hard to make, front and rear strut tops etc)
- RX Turbo disc brake rear end
- RX Turbo EA82 engine crossmember
- Front slotted discs (~40,000kms on them - still like new)
- Full RX turbo checkerplate style sedan interior including seats
- RX turbo dashboard cluster with "turbo" light (wow)
- RX turbo dashboard cluster with "turbo" light, plus extra voltage etc guages (the import one)
- 4spd dual range MY gearbox 3.7 ratio (very good condition)

Perth pickup only please.

Do you still have the fuel tank + pump? And what's an RX cluster worth?

I'll be in Perth early next week to pick things up.

Christian I'm abit skinned myself so would prefer the $$, however send me a summary list of what stuff you have and I'll see if anything interests me.

GOD - RX cluster say 40 for the aussie one, 60 for the Jap one (I think I paid about 100 for the jap one).
Note they are the earlier interior style - 1986 and prior. The Jap one has oil pressure and voltmeter on it.

How different are the earlier clusters? Adaptable? I have a good collection of files, saws and hammers.

What about the fuel tank? That's probably the most important thing atm. I've got a carbie tank and external pump for swap if required.

If you've got the cap for the radiator overflow bottle, that'd be good too.

Slotted discs say $80 for the pair.

Fuel tank $150 (bit hard to find these days).

Not sure of the precise differences of the cluster, havn't had a late one side by side to compare, I'm sure u could shoe-horn it in but I think the main issue is electrical connector compatibility.

$150 with the internal pump? Sold. (It is the same as a wagon tank isn't it?)

Might have a closer look at the clusters when I get there, if no one else gets dibs first.

Timmo yeah I think I still have that crusty old thing somewhere. Come and take it for 50 bucks.

GOD - fyi the EFI L series tanks do not come with an internal fuel pump. The pumps are external same setup as Carby models. The difference is the outlet is bigger, the fuel pump is heaps different and bigger, and there are internal baffles which act like a kindof surge tank. I will be keeping the fuel pump as a spare for my wagon.

I'll still take the tank.

Yeah Liberty onwards (EJ cars) have a pump that drops into the top of the tank.

Hey Andrew... I'm still interested in your bullbar but never received your phone number?

RSR - Will PM my number.

The rotors should still be in great condition. I'll have to whip the wheels off to double check but there wasn't any pulsating from the brake pedal so they wouldn't be warped. No hard boy-racer braking in my driving, and not too many kms really. I'll check.

They do. H-top I just noticed you aren't in Perth. I'm not too keen on organising freight etc for such a low value item....to be honest you may aswell get some new ones locally and not pay freight - they aren't expensive. RDA is the brand and they are good value.
