I can help later today if no one has in the meantime :)

there it is

tomorrow the crankcase will lose a little bit weight, but not to much.

I also have to put out some material of the pistons head, because nowhere i can find turbo-pistons. I think 3mm should be okay

Kralle, my memory is shot , but wasn't it twilightprotege that simply turboed a NA mpfi block that conveniently came with turbo heads in a car he bought? No need for you to damage your pistons by machining to reduce compression ratio. Timing was reduced to about 10 DBTDC instead of the usual 20 to overcome higher comp ratio.

okay thats good to know, but i think i have to revise the cylinder heads a little bit.
and also need new valves, or do you think i can reuse the old valves (40.000km), but leaking, if i grind them in?

sry for my bad english

Das ist OK. Ich mochte schlecter Deutche gebrauch. :) Revise the heads if you feel the need, I am not going to do anything to relieve heads or lower static comp ratio with my NA carb block that is about to get a pair of hi flow turbo heads if someone finally digs up his heads. 40,000km old valves are not very old I have generally found valves can be refaced once or twice before replacement is needed.
