Mundaring Powerlines

Post by RSR 555 » Sun May 02, 2010 7:42 pm

Hi Gang..

Scott (red rocket) wanted to test out the wagon today on some good 4WD tracks.. so my friend in his 05 Patrol and myself in the 100 Series Canyonero decided to take a trip along the Mundaring Powerlines.

Awesome day thanks Scott :) I have some video work to do now.. so I'll post them up later.

Hope to do this again sometime? maybe give some others a bit more notice and make a day/picnic out of it?

Hey guys,

today was a very good day out, thanks again to Paul for taking some time out to take the L on her maiden 4wd expidition and also to his mate Jarred. Helped out heaps

got some pics i can post now and only a little bit of video but i'll try and chuck that up tonight if not tomorrow.

well no broken things as such, just some pretty sore and waery suspension for the L series and a dented sump....yes the sump guard is the most under-rated thing to have!!!
and Jarred's back door got a nice dent which you could see in Paul's pics.
other than that a very unscaved trip!

thanks again and yes we shall go again

No probs at all Scott.. anytime.. Loved it :) We should do another one and make it more of a full day/picnic type of adventure

Nice video work too Scott.. After spending all Friday installing Windows 7 to my computer (and working fine) I was doing the editing on Sunday night when I got the "blue screen of death" :( and I'm unable to get the system to restart.. I transfered all my video off the camera so I don't even have a backup to start again  I will try and remove the hard drive and recover the data.. lets hope it works :???:
