Want offroad tyres

Post by lincolnthemod » Wed Jun 23, 2010 11:32 am

Hey guys,

I already know what tyres I want, these being 27/8.5/14 Kumho Mud Terrains, but apparently my '83 Sportswagon will not cope with this without a 4" lift, however, my car is fitted with an adjustable torsion bar and adjustable suspension. Can I just use what is available standard on the car, or do I really need a 4" lift?

Cheers,
Lincoln

you are going to need a lift kit as those tyres will rub everywhere they can you could use the old BFH trick but even then you will still get rubbing

2inch and some guard chopping will work. 4inch is abit extreme.
