Can it be done? Um, simply, or is there a copyright or technology preventing it?

I have WinXP, and limited skills :( But keen to learn

there is a program called flashget it is a download manager and if you use it in conjuction with flashgot, an add in for flashget that works in firefox (WTF thats a mouthful) you can right click and save the file as a flv file and watch it as often as you want otherwise the other program that works really well is tube hunter ultra some firewalls hat it though

I like http://www.savetube.com - it does it all in the website, you don't download any programs. Doesn't work in internet explorer though.
