Long time no see. Picked myself up a MY02 GT Forester & doing a few minor mods to separate it from the garden variety family wagon.
Am starting with the handling & braking first as the stock setup is pretty shithouse.
Been collecting a few parts, so far have gotten STi suspension w/ HKS black springs, Whiteline 22mm rear sway bar w/ HD mounts. Chasing some Brembos for decent price is pretty hard, no rush though. Will be putting in the suspension next week when I've got access to a hoist. As you can see, stock height is not good!
Then it's off for exhaust, turbo (VF34) & retune. Will keep you posted on the progress!
Took it to the track last week to get a baseline figure. 15.2 @ 89mph. That was completely stock minus the intake resonator & 11psi.
