Planning a Holiday???? Mauritius is the place:)

Post by guyph_01 » Sat Dec 18, 2010 1:33 am

Hehe, as most of you know i'm a little island boy:p
I just wanted to share with you this web site that promotes a few holiday location and trips that Mauritius has to offer.

The web site is not fully operational but you can still do bookings by contacting Via email. It should be fully finalised in the next couple of months with more accomodation and other items added. It is a new web site with only a couple of days....

Maybe around this time next year, I'll see those of you that decide to come to Mauritius for their holidays:)

Humid

Post by olddog642 » Sat Dec 18, 2010 9:53 pm

Well the last time I was in Mauritius it was hot and very humid the airport was a large tin shed and miles from anywhere. However that is not what it is like these days no doubt.
As it was over 38 years ago when I was there and things must have changed.
Eheheh

Those photos look pretty enticing, wonder how much it would cost to holiday over there?

We should all book tickets for around this time next year when Guy goes home and just crash at his place, I'm sure it's gonna be big enough for all of us.

What time of year is best to go? Is it expensive (flights, accomodation etc.)?

Would consider saving up to go for the end of 2011, never been on a holiday overseas, was thinking Bali but from the photos Mauritius looks pretty cool, what do you get upto over there anyway?

Well most of your answers are on the web site, You can choose what type of accomodation you want and prices under self catering, you can also look at flight tickets, book cars, book outings, trips and more. If its not in english, Just click on the little british flag next to the little home page icon on the top Right of the screen to get the web site in english.

High season for holidays are in November-Avril, Low season is May- june

Summer is 30deg, Sept - April and winter is 17deg, April to September.

But All those info are on the web site. Just spend some time on the site and you will know everything you need to know:)

Let me know:)
