reduce page size arrows not there

Just noticed I cannot drag and reduce my screen page to access desktop icons or share screen - you know, with the black arrows at the side. Is this just Mozilla or XP specific? Just found the tool bar at top has not min and max icon but min and reduce ( called "restore down") Forgive me if I sound slow - only been on XP two years now and wondered how my optus payments window could shrink but I could not do same !!

Right click the top bar of the window, a little pop down will,.. well,.. pop down. Then click the "Restore" to make the window movable and resizable. Click "Maximise" to make it full size of the screen and static.

yep, thanks, worked that out, but I was looking for the click and drag function - gone ? I must be in dark ages
