Does anyone know if the WRX DCCD would fit in the case as well, and if so, how difficult it would be to wire up?
DCCD + low range = good climbing in the High Country of Vic!

You don't need the dccd housing at all. The dccd centre will go into a non-dccd housing - it just needs a hole drilled in the top of the housing to allow the controller wires to feed through. There is one other thing you have to modify internally but I'm not sure what it is but it is not hard (this is from what the builder of my dccd into a non-dccd box said).legacytt wrote:The dual range is in the front of the box so seperate to the rear housing. You will need the complete rear housing off a DCCD box and I am not sure if this is a direct bolt on to the newer boxes. It will fit Gen 1 Liberty dual range as that is what I have in my H6. Makes a great box for both on and off road
What was that worth? Did you have to import direct, or do they have a local supplier?H-top wrote:It's 2 wires to the controller. But I reccomend
getting an aftermarket item as they are
infinately easier and more advanced that the

I've got a DCCDpro for mine. Canadian made.
5 wires. I'll never look back.
And yes, it will fix any 5 speed
So have you fitted DCCD to the later rear housing which does not have the removeable plate on the top like the early ones? I was under the impression, but could be wrong, that these newer style rear housings won't work with the earlier DCCD's due to different internal design.niterida wrote:You don't need the dccd housing at all. They will fit all 5 speed EJ boxes.

You don't really need one these days - either have them send it direct to you and if they don't do this set up an account with a pack and send "virtual mailbox" company - Venom has details about this as he's got one sorted for when he purchased all the gear for his H6 that was neededScubyRoo wrote:http://dccdpro.com/zcart/index.php?main ... oducts_all
I couldn't find mention of an Australian supplier, but then I didn't look particularly hard...
