Bugger

Post by olddog642 » Wed May 18, 2011 8:17 pm

Well it looks like the cat is almost out of the bag so I may as well tip it upside down and let it out completely.
I have sold Scamp it happened a couple of weeks ago and for a few days I was walking around in a daze.
You wouldn't want to believe it but Scooter even sat in the corner of the lounge and didn't speak to me.
No I haven't bought another Subie as all the one I looked at or asked the owners for more info just wasn't forth or even fifth coming. So at the moment I have put on hold getting another Subie untill my girlfreind gets back and we get something that she can drive as well.
Although I have got my eye on a pretty smick ute but not a subie at this stage.
How ever I'll still be around the forum as it has to be one of the best and informative groups on the web plus the topics are very diverse and bloody interesting/funny at times.

I am please to say that I bought Scamp. I was trying to keep it quite just until I made a few mods ( 20 inch crome wheels, dumped, custom pink paint and a huge stereo).......

Just kidding!
Scamp is going to be one well looked after brumby. She's getting a nice oil change on the weekend.

I am sure I will have lots of questions for everyone

( and Hylton, I will have to change the name, with the canopy gone and a fresh set of stickers going on plus new wheels I might have to come up with a new name as well!!!)

No drama with the name change we'll just turn the clock back a few years and do a Deed Poll name change eheheh.
I reckon it would look good in Candy Apple Red and a Set of big phat chromies with winter tread boots, don't forget the twin aerials with fox tails flying from them. Oh yeah also a real dark pair of sunglasses.

Hylton if you dont get another Subie of some sort - then - then - then......I'll I'll - have to come down there and forcibly put you in one !
Then you will quickly realise just how good a Forester can be for you !

Dont give up on having a Subie Hylton the reason they dont get back to you is they really dont want to sell them - they like em so much !
