Post by H-top » Tue Jul 19, 2011 9:26 pm

G'day all,

some slavings at the same time!

I got a 200 AMP AC/DC inverter Stick/TIG

To keep this thread going an interesting can you please list up as you learn and put up pics of anything you do. Have seen a rally fabricator near finished pushy frame - you'd swear a robot did it!

I sure will! I've got a few short list of things.
- Replacing the factory ore turbo hose with a stainless item
- maybe a custom header tank?
- add port for air temp sensor in inlet manifold

more to follow :)

it's like Christmas!

How much did that set you back - aren't they like mega expensive ?
I could only afford to buy a little 140amp 2nd hand mig for $200 :-(

I used to know a guy that was a guru on tig welding - did my custom alloy motorbike frame and it was W-A-Y better than the factory welds. Good luck and hopefully you will be as good as this guy one day :-)
