EA81 Rebuild Guide

Post by Brumby Kid » Sat Feb 11, 2012 8:27 pm

Ok, I know it has been talked abpout it before. (Bennie)
I have searched here, and the internet and found nothing.
Does anyone have such a thing? Whether it be in there head or on paper?

Also does anyone know the torque ratings for gaskets on an EA81?
Especiallythe 3 stage settings for the heads?

Cheers Cam

Or grab a Haynes Manual. Not the most full on for an engine rebuild guide but it'll get the job done for someone that's new to engine rebuilds.

Everyone that rebuilds an engine follows something like this for torque specs and bolt torque sequences etc. It's a good way to go to get the job done.

This is what I was talking about, sorry I must have forgotten to reply to the other thread where I mentioned the guide.

Cheers
