MY 4 spd. switch LHS closest to mount??

anyone know off hand what this switch is (apart from a leaky bastard). It is located within 20mm of the LH gearbox mount, and despite being cleaned and threebonded still drops oil like a bastard. Good reason for the 5 speed conversion !!

Looking at it just yesterday I thought it was the reverse light switch or something similar?

three options, reverse light switch, hi switch4WD, lo4 switch. I likely have one stashed somewhere....doubt it works like a drain plug when removing it ??
