I'm sorting out the EFI wiring for my conversion.
Some of the plugs look like they've been removed, but I'm not sure as I'm mainly familiar with the L loom which had diag plug under the dash & also in the engine bay.
The 2 green 2 pin/1 wire plugs are there, plus the 2 black 1 pin plugs.
there's an orange 9 pin & a big black 30 odd pin one.

Keep all 4. you will regret it later if you dont.
Green / black are for reading out fault codes using the check engine light.
orange (yellow) is the select monitor port used to plug in the subaru diagnostic tool.
I have never used teh black one but i wouldnt be chopping it out...
in an EJ they all live under the dash.

Could you give me a list of the wire colours that go into the orange plug?
I'm pretty sure mine have been jumbled for some reason.
I know about the importance of the small black & green ones. they put the ECU into the diagnostic modes.
I just wasn't sure whether some of the wires were supposed to go in to the big black plug, as there's only about 8 wires in there now.
