Hi all, I haven't been in here for a few years, and I'm hoping this is the right place to post.....
I'm looking to sell my 1988 Vortex!
It's a manual, FWD, non turbo model, white, body is straight, no rust, no accidents. Motor has an occasional miss and the engine light comes on intermittently. It was bought as a project car (was going to dump a rwx motor in it and make it 4wd, but then bought a new wrx, and realised I don't have time for the project anyway!!) so I was mainly after a great body and interior. Interior is clean and seats are pretty good - no tears etc. Sunroof, all the normal vortex features (spiffy lifting steering column/instrument cluster etc!!)
The front diff is pretty knackered but it still drives. It's been driven in and out of our workshop (in Kilsyth Vic) about a dozen times over the past few years, and does the occasional lap around the block. Currently unregistered.
Could do with all the oils being replaced but I reckon with some TLC it'd be a ripper!!

I saw that one, so funny. It's not even in such a good condition, nor does it have that low km. Maybe if it were a Mazda rx3 or similar it would be worth that much.

There was this bloke trying to sell a series 2 Bluebird for $12k

Here is a beauty. EA82T and looks like they have included the L series cluster in the Brumby dash as part of the wire in. Well conducted conversion.

It looks like a MDF composite panel covered in vinyl, placed over the standard door panel.

MY Sports wagon in Melbourne area 66,000 KM imaculate looking rig, Why restore when it's already done by the factory.

They do not come up that often with this low a mileage so somebody in the club snap it up to good to lose

It is on Historic plates so that will need addressing if you want to use it as a daily but this thing is like showroom inside and out.

Seems good value for a project @ $1200 for a Targa roof Brumby engine seized supposedly. Has spare engine gearbox diff tailshaft and both doors in different colors plus the ones fitted to car
