Bantum's '05 Forester ...

Well its been a busy few weeks after Forrie suffered some hail damage - ( end of Nov 2025 )
So decided to tackle fixing a few issues along the way ...

Pulled apart the light body & cleaned up :



Some new hardware to go in :





Repairs / repaint done to chrome bits :



3D print parts for LED Strip :



Testing :





& spent few hours polishing the f*ck out of the lens :

Also did a bit of dent pulling to see if this gadget worked :



Still need to do more :



Plan is to wrap it after I've done repairs :

Also added a drain ( from plumbing dept @ Bunnings ) to back of headlight :



Not sure if that will solve issue of leaky seal, will see ...

Found a LED light that actually fits between the grill slats :



So set about making some brakets to hold them in place :





And a WIFI control unit to run it :



Comming together nicely :



Awaitng a few more bits to complete the asembly & will update when I have it in hand ...
