Anyone got a good recomendation for a not so new EJ20T

I just put in fully sythetic Shell Helix 5w40

gettting tappet noise now after changing old oil out :(
Speiling mistakes .. me never !

I use Mobil 1 Gold. I think it's 5W40
'91 brumby, EJ-Turbo with VOSChip, 2" lift, 15" superlites, Dual Range AWD.

'93 Subaru Legacy, 2.2 auto, automatic seatbelts, LHD.
