Maybe selling GPS... interested??

Post by SuBaRiNo » Sun Nov 05, 2006 10:41 pm

Im thinking about selling my hand held GPS that i use in hatchie on all our 4wd trips.

Looking at around the $250 mark and u get the GPS (with box/manuals etc) And I will also include a SD card with the Maps and Tracks software that contain all the roads and many many offroading tracks in Australia.

Unit is the standard Magellan Merridian and usually sells for about the $800 mark. (when it was available)

A Data lead can be purchased to plug this GPS into a laptop for real time tracking or into a desktop computer to download or upload tracks and way points.

Dave i'll talk to the boss.
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

I had a good look last night for a link but i will try again now. Only selling it to upgrade to the model slightly up from it. Im still sticking with the same design so i can continue using the saem software... etc etc.

It's the basic model in this series. (Not Gold) http://gpsinformation.net/mgoldreview/mag-gold.htm

Apparently the only real difference between the models is the size of the original base map... which with the software i have loaded into it and expanded SD card, makes no difference what so ever.

Dave I would take it off your hands, if it has not sold already.
