Jaffa I wholeheartedly agree with you and I wouldn't be a happy chappy if any of the above was to be censored.

You've brought up some very good points. First and foremost I must apologise for the past year of my relative inactivity on the Subaru front. I have been tinkering away trying to get my ride back into action and once it is I'm keen for some offroading again. I too feel that there have been too many trips to the same spots, while I might be keen for the odd Romeo Rd / Powerline run I sure as hell want to see and do something different. I was intending on suggesting a recon then camping trip in the Lake Navarino area (near Waroona), but I also want to investigate more offroading spots in the southwest and also east of the city.

I applaud you for your honesty Jaffa.

i think the only reason we have been to these locations alot lately is due to the trips being "last minute" idea's. We have been talking about organising a camp trip for the last few weeks now, and i think its time we actually did organise a decent night or two away and explore some new area's. I know i'm up for it...

i think its hard to get everyone to agree on a spot, and then if one person doesnt go, another won't etc etc..there has been alot of tension in the group lately, and i think its time for everyone to relax, seriously guys this has been blown out of proportion big time...

just my 1.99c

I just said better than nothing cause its better than nothing. As in, if theres no other trips on but somebody is going to powerlines, I'm there. Didn't mean to imply anything or whatever, sorry if it sounded that way.

Thanks Tim for the support I stand by it and I think that there will be heaps on this year.

I know that you wagon is a piece of work (har har) and they take time and energy as I am now discovering. There was no shot specifically at you however it will be great to see you out with us again in a Subaru (not saying that the Ford is not sweet its just not a Subaru).

Tis all good my end.
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

You will scrape things underneath but if your careful you can avoid any actual damage.
